Where was it found and what does that text say?
Accepting that it is authentic... In what way does that proves that the modern Macedonia country population are legit Macedonians?

Atleast after Ancient Macedonian samples , IS clear that Macedonian were not Greeks , and we are descendants from ancient Macedonians.
