I asked you to provide me with sunnah or surah this is based on, even the fiqh is based on them.

I just notice how dishonest it is to do as if it’s something heretic. As far as I know, it is not directly based on a hadith or a verse, but all the spirit of Islam is there, with the inherent inferiority of the non-Muslims, the infinite disdain towards them, etc. You don’t need a hadith or a verse to “prove”, to "confirm", that it’s Orthodox Islam. There are plenty of aspects of human life that were not addressed by the hadiths or the Quran and which are being normalised by Islamic law because, once again, Islam encompasses every aspect of human life, there must be a legal answer for anything that is possible.

Cannibalism is permitted according to the Shafii legal school. See the chapter ‘Eatables’ from the very important legal book by Nawawi (XIIIth century), pillar of Islamic fiqh:

It’s official Islamic doctrine and actually, there is no explicit prohibition of eating human flesh in the Quran, while the prohibition of swine is especially mentioned.

I have done some more research and I’ve found the following article, that I’ve read: “Cannibalism as highlighted by a case from the Ottoman law court of Sofia”, written by a Turk, Recep Çiğdem. And he precises that the Shafii fiqh norms that I’ve already exposed here are also that of the Hanbali legal school:

And yes, it’s really pathetic that at any cost, you try to defend the ugliness of Islam, betraying the reality, saying that it’s heretic, that it’s not mainstream Islam.

Those are classical, mainstream Islamic norms from two of the four Sunni legal schools and it’s really disgusting. So yes, Muslims can kill and eat non-Muslims who are not already humiliated with the dhimmi status, in case of necessity.

Yes, but it tastes sour and that's just not my liking (I'm very picky with meat and usually only eat chicken)

BTW, I think quality of food in general is better in the Balkans because over there it's usually more ecological (local butcher).
