Finns: 5.5 million people, Germans: 80 million.

And even it is difficult to understand for someone outside of Germany, this 186 would be more helpful in the hands of pensioners, low earners or as support right now.

You generalise. That Hitler's construction is simply horrible.

By they I meant Finland. When I was in Stckholm the tour guide made a good point how even though Sweden was neutral in practice it was really pro-west. Too bad I can't remember his exact examples.
I don't believe Finland was truly neutral either but west aligned, hence my surprise in the GDR alignment.

And yes I agree with you in Germany letting herself dependent in Russian oil.
When Albania was close to Russia in the 50s Khrushchev said forget about building industry. You grow oranges and export to us and import that from us for cheap. Enver Hoxha said: thanks but no thanks, we rather count on our own industry. That's how they broke up. Stalin was pro Albanian though.
