In English, we use . for decimals, whereas in Spanish (except possibly in Mexico, due to the American influence) we use , for decimals.

In fact in Spain we can use indistintcly two forms of decimal point, not sure which is the correct:

    1,2

    1´2

Such a random question. :-) It's a standard to use a dot in here.

In Portugal we use the comma as decimal separator.

Saw ',' as a decimal place a lot in Norway, Sweden, Finland when I was there always thought it was strange as we use '.' in Canada.

Brazilians use comma, Argeniggas generally use dot.

dot is more quite common in the anglosphere, then comma is more a latin thing i think
sometimes where i have always a bit in trouble it's when north americans use a comma for this kind of example with the compound interests

    https://www.calculateme.com/compound-interest/1000000/

After investing for 10 years at 5% interest, your $1,000,000 investment will have grown to $1,628,895

    why they put fucking commas everywhere 1,628,895 it's 1 628 895 ,but for me 1,628,895 it's 1 cent 628 something
