Most of the Pakistanis I know, are a lot fairer and less semitic looking (the lips, nose and ears). He looks bog standard middle class sylheti. Not the road trash, human.

I am guessing the Pakistanis you know are from some particular group, most likely inbred or closely bred, which would propagate or amplify certain traits.
