Cougar try to live where jaguar doesn't, jaguar loves water courses, then cougar will live in desert and mountains. But jaguar needs big prays, cougar is capable to live with medium to small prays, then cougar will live in forests where there aren't this game to jaguars. Some circumstances where jaguars are absent, cougars will try to hunt big prays too.
