What's up ("north") in the PCA is not exactly the same as in geography. I'd say that "northeast" in the PCA is what is northern in reality.

Remarks on the PCA:

I find it noteworthy that the coords selection that we happen to have

- shows ZERO (!) overlap between German and Dutch
- shows essentially no overlap between English and Irish
- shows a kind of 90% (!) overlap between English and Dutch
- shows as much as 50% of Hungarian to overlap with German
- shows Polish and Ukrainian to be pretty resembling
- shows a notable gap between German and Polish
- shows that there at all is a small overlap between German and Croatian and this is based on a number of samples, hence somewhat founded

Less overlap with Irish & British. Pulls more towards North Dutch which is more accurate with her ancestry (Frisian)

So it's simply more to your expectation. Can you tell what raw data was used for which coords?

This one was made with AncestryDNA raw data. The one you first used was made with MyHeritage DNA. Her CvG coordinates (also made from AncestryDNA raw data) put her with the rest of the North Dutch and Scandinavians which I trust more in regards to splitting NW Euro's but that's besides the point.

Ancestry has much better rawdata quality (snp number) than myheritage for sure.
