Some time ago I noticed my glans is almost always wet and I have frequent penile discharges. I went to a doctor and she told me that I most likely have either Chlamydia or Gonorrhea. I got tested for those two and results came out negative. Here they still stick wand inside your urethra and I don't want to have more testing. I have no pain or any symptoms except oozing throughout a day. It could also be that I have some bladder problems if it's not due to STD. Maybe I had oozing my entire life, but I have never registered it, idk.

My question is, is your urethra dry most of the day? Do you ooze throughout a day?

I know it's a silly question, but feedback would help a lot.

Only psychologically so far. None of my friends have anything like that either and according to online data it's most probably some kind of infection, STD or not, of either urethra, bladder or urinary channels. Damn.

At least you have no pain, but it still does sound kinda nasty to me. I think you will have to do more testing, even if you don't want to. You don't know how it might end up untreated. Anyhow, get well soon.

Go back for a complete STD panel. It could be a number of things.
Have them check for UTI also.

If that all comes back negative, have a prostate examination.

I did a basic urine culture test, took a piss first thing in the morning. Based on my knowledge that urine test is used to see if there are any markers of UTI deep down. When results came my doctor said that she sees nothing that would indicate any infection of urinary tract and since I still had symptoms like oozing she recommended that I take a test on Chlamydia and Gonorrhea because 80% of men with these problems turn out to be positive on Chalmydia and Gonorrhea. After fight with my girlfriend (she accused me of cheating and I accused her) at the time, those tests also came out negative. In the meantime I went to urologist and he told me that I take another urine culture test, semen culture test and more complete STDs test. In the meantime oozing stopped and since my girlfriend at the time didn't have any problems and we had unprotected sex for months (nor did she had any problems after), I didn't bother to take all those tests. It was pain in the ass, especially after getting probed first time. Recently I again noticed this oozing. Perhaps it didn't stop oozing in the first place and I didn't notice that it didn't, idk.

I read online stories of guys with similar problem. They have oozing and swollen meatus, they did every tests available multiple times and came out negative. Nobody can tell them what's the reason. Oldest stories are from 2018. I hope it's not some new virus or bacteria. According to some it could be allergy to some products. Idk anymore, I need to get tested first, but it's not like I haven't got tested.

That was not smart. Go back to the urologist and do the tests he suggested.

Yeah, definitely do thorough testing. If all comes back negative, than try switching your showering gel to something natural, organic. Also if you dont do so already, buy your underwear a size bigger and make sure it`s 100% cotton.
