Living in Argenigga, I'd say:
1, Uruguay obviously. No reason for them to be an actual country, people call it "La Provincia" as a joke but there's no real reason for their independence other than British tinkering in Brazilian-Argentinian conflict.
2. Paraguay and Bolivia. A lot of immigration nowadays and in regions like the Misiones/Corrientes/Formosa and Salta/Chaco/Jujuy respectively, it's hard to see the difference between the two .
3. Brazil. Especially the south. A lot of mutual interest other than the football rivalry.
4. Chile. Mutual hatred.
