I personally don't think that indian are obsessed with Euro looking or white

They are, as was said by Tooting Carmen:

it is true that Bollywood casts a disproportionate number of lighter-skinned actors (though certainly not all of them are), I haven't seen any with hair that isn't dark brown or raven black.
