They don't look European , rather there are many other ethnic groups they resemble before you get to Europe proper . Can they pass as European individually? Yes most likely in Bulgaria , Albania etc .

Individuals don't but some seem more like tanned Whites one often would see in Greece etc the complexion isn't uneuropean at least by S Euro and even E Euro standards.

No way lol, I know a shit load of pakis ( mirpuris Punjabis ) and they don't look like this , atleast majority of them don't . They have a distinct Indus look , these women look central / south Indian .
