Agreed!! I tried some North American food and they are just obscene on salt and spices. I can't get why a moderate amount of salt, pepper and the occasional garlic and herbs is not enough for some.

Some traditional zhuang cuisines are extremely simple, like cooking chicken with only ginger and garlic and salt, and then dip them into the soysauce. It would be enlightening to spread this culture for some food minimalism aesthetics.

People in good-relationship with everyone they know... Something is wrong there...to me, it always seems like a fake kindness.

Honestly nobody really likes them, but I can not say people hate them, to let people like you is a kind of intricate sentimental engineering, do not try it if you are not wise enough. They are just very ordinary people, do not need to hate them either.

Majority does not, but some people can do it, including Ukrainians My father names me "Ukrainian" for such tricks, like something abnormal. It's not some tradition to eat whole onions, more like a weird habit of some people like me. I don't do it often tho. But sometimes I can't help but eat one accidently lol
