Getting full with such carbs is sick for me, I prefer fats and protein over it some 250 gramms of meat, 3-4 eggs and lots of veggies seasoned with olive oil is a deal.

Fats and proteins are for lunch and dinner.

As a kid, I was very very picky over food, now I am eating everything.

Lot of Balkan meals that are called Turkish, have actually Byzantine origin.

    US at 8 th place.
Polish one is something in-between Russian and German, but no Russian (very rich one in fact) in the list.
Lots of noname and mediocre ones.

    Circlejerk.
Now I am curious about what the cuisines of Georgia and Uzbekistan are like. We should make a thread about it.

Uzbek and similar cuisines are the ones i can't stand, aswell. Carbs poured in ram fat. Lots of middle Asians smell specifically even if they are tidy, because ram fat they consume almost non stop, changes their odor.

    Georgian Cheese Pie With Dill

Khachapuri, perhaps it is difficult to pronounce for the newcomers, yet almost everyone knows it and loves it. It is popular Georgian cheese bread or cheese pie that varies from one region to another. Here we offer a rather modern version of khachapuri pie with puff pastry and dill, known as penovani khachapuri in Georgian. Such khachapuri can be found almost at any turn and shop, yet it is always better to prepare it for yourself.
