Well in the case of Spain the experts don't show photos of ordinary villagers or townspeople that much, it is because the Spanish peasantry has more of the base elements of the population, the same goes for the English peasantry though in Englands case those elements are obviously still fairly light. I recall a thread i did of dentistry staff in Ciudad Real, the nurses etc had the more base Med looks of Central Spain, not like the intellectuals, fighter pilots etc that are posted.
