All countries have corrupt! But some countries have fiscal balance and rules. Argentina you can expect flexible rules for spending public money and it has its own currency, they are socialist politicians and political adventurers the closest to them is Greece. The IMF denies loan telling them to reduce their state spending, but the Greeks never do.

it appeals to me more, but I don't hold it as universal opinion, I hope Argentinians don't mind. I am more of a Brazil-type fan, Mexico has more Brazil to it in a way
