What is your favorite cuisine and dish?

I love Italian food, it's probably my favorite because it reminds me of home. But any food from the Mediterranean basin, the Middle East, India and Latin America is delicious too. My favorite fish would probably be spaghetti alla gricia. What food do you guys like?

I'm sure it is, but I suppose I'm used to it since my mom sometimes makes them occasionally? But when it comes to taste, it's easier to find good ones in the restaurants in Bosnia compared to Swedish alternatives.

Cevapi, for instance, are very expensive here for some reason
