Whites are around an 1/8th of the population though. West/Central Mexico is more homogeneous. The closest comparison would be Antioquia or Los Altos (many criollos but no black ancestry like Puerto Rico or Venezuela) The thing that sucks is that they don't specify where these individuals come from.

Colombia y Venezuela no se tocan ni se parten. O se juntan en un solo pais (sin perder ni un apice de sus territorios actuales), o se quedan separados pero tal como estan, sin perder ni un milimetro de sus respectivos territorios.

Y no los compararía con Uruguay o el sur de Brasil. En mezcla racial se parecen bastante al Valle Central de Costa Rica, el centro de Chile o al Paraguay.
