Default More good examples of Assyroid

I found more good examples of Assyroid type. I don't know why I didn't google Assyrian man straight away. A ton of good Assyroid examples there.

However a large portion of Assyrians of course belong to Alpinized types and many also to LevantMed or IranoMed types.

    Alpine-Assyroid Assyrian

    Alpinized type

    IranoMed

    LevantMed

From my observation Assyrians are like 35% Assyroid ; 30% Alpinized ; 20% IranoMed & LevantMed ; 15% Other (Anatolid, Mtebid, classic Armenid and even some Nordic)

I always admired mesopotamian civilization. One of the most underrated civilizations of all time IMO.

They look like kurds. Can hardly tell the difference.

Not suprising, since majority/much of their ancestry comes from native west iran/north Iraq(talking about kurds)

Of course they will look more like Kurds than let's say to Afghans, Arabians or even Turks who have some non local foreign element.
They share the same cultural sphere and even have a quite similar genetic profile. Persians, Gilaki-Mazandarni-Talysh, Kurds, Assyrians, Armenians, Azeris do share
close genetic ties. Although there is some genetic differences.

The main components both Assyrians and Kurds share in high numbers is Apinized types, and Anatolid on the Kurdish side and Assyroid on the Assyrian which look virtually very similar. Than there is also a signifiant IranoMed component among Assyrians which they share with Kurds. Overall like 70% overlap/similarity by types but then there is 30% more IranoMorph types among Kurds which is a differentiating factor.

However virtually all Assyrians could pass as Kurds and vica versa because they share the types just in different propotions.

Kurds are more like 50% IranoMed types(IranoMorph) 20% Alpinized types and 20% Anatolids with 10% others (like Taurids, Assyroids, LevantMeds).

What is your origin? Are you Pakistani?

Mesopotamia is the cradle of civilization after all, so many empires started or co-started in that and adjusting regions. Like the Sumerians, Hurrians, Mitanni/Medes/Parthians, Assyrians, Babylonians, Urartu even Persian civilization and culture is so heavily Mesopotamian derived it's crazy. Just compare the Farvahar to the symbol of Ashur, which on the other hand is copied/influenced by Sumerian Anu.

    Anu

    Ashur

    Zoroaster Farvahar

A person has to be ignorant or in denial to not see it imo.
