I don't know if propaganda itself can make a person resort to homosexual activities, but influence of environment/circumstance certainly can play a part. Prisons are a good example of this.

Just look at the chart on the front page of this thread, and you'll see that kids are brainwashed by trans propaganda in grade school now. The differences, in the generations, weren't caused by spontaneous mutant genes like the X-Men (or xx "men").

I would explain to them the dangers of transforming into trans, and why it would be such a bad idea

If he was a teenager I wouldn't allow him to take any pills and have any procedure done.

If as an adult proceeded to transform into trans, well I'd support them as a parent. There's not much you can do if your child is gay, trans, drug addict, prostitute, other than support them if trying to reason with them fails. I'd rather support them than seeing them distressed or suicidal.

What would you do?

First of all I think that the sexual preferences are not much influenced by propaganda BUT the actual behaviour is.

I think that in earlier times individuals with homosexual tendencies and transgender tendencies hid that due to social pressure and in many cases overcame themselves, married and bread children and that's it.

And this is exactly what I'd strive for today as well. In my world view I've not bread my children for them then just saying "thank you" and only selfishly living a maximum hedonistic life and not pass on the life to the next generation.

Now, what would I do?

I'd try hard to not let any contact break away - which would make it more easy for such a child to not care anymore - but to keep on to have a good personal relation to that child. Then I'd try to have a good communication and reasoning with that child and motivate my world view about the intended function of the existence of an individual. In a friendly and uncomprising way I'd promote my view on right and wrong behaviour. Of course, I'd also much depict and paint in dark colours the personally disadvantagous aspects of carrying out homosexuality and transgenderism.

And I would present a likely acceptable to the child with such tendencies "solution" by saying that I'm primarily not against that they do perform deviating sexual practices but I'm against that the commitments of life are being missed. As far as they fulfill them, I don't care what else they do. I've then accomplished my task and all other things are up to them. They may consider that they will by their children be seen as a role model and then themselves decide how to further proceed.
