To an extent yes.

Good way to improve how you look is to lose body fat, as it shows on the face. A face with 13 percent bf is going to look better than a face with 24 percent bf. Another reason to work out and stay in shape.

When you know a person is fat just from a headshot alone, it is more than just a few extra pounds. Ir follows that a fat face indicates an overall eyesore.

At my skinniest, i think i dont look really good because i look a bit like dumbo big ears, and a bit like a rat, nose, mouth etc. also my face lenght appears short but wide...

sounds like bullshit.

I have very low facial fat even when I put on weight. If I would become fat, my face would remain bony because it's always been that way.
On the other hand I know lot of very thin people with fatty round faces.

It's genetics.

In my case tho I always watch out not to have too low weight because in such case my face would be like that of Auschwitz survivor.
