She's far from the Sicilian stereotype but I'd say that after the Greek-looking types, her type (Atlantid/NW European) is the next most common type.

I've already finished a research on her surname, but it has not very much infomation, only that "Leone" is referred to a personal feature or a Latin name... But I think it is Norman, maybe referred to her forefathers as a characteristic of them.

Well I think she would be genetically like any Sicilian, but she has the right combination of genes to give her a northern look.
