Are gypsies poor?

I like Jews, they are intelligent, and Im not trying to belittle them but just a general thought that the Nobel Peace Price is westerncentric or invented ie set up by a few western countries, not by china, or india, or africa, thats why usually people from france, germany, england, or europe get the nobel peace prize. It also depends on who you want to credit for what, i saw a debate whether edison or tesla invented electricity etc. so sometimes two people invent something, or many people connect for a invention etc. especially nowadays in 21st century one guy does something sends email to the other side of the world etc. then they work all together, how to know who to credit?

Yea western countries had more resources Mort and also infrastructure. but things are changing in future i see Chinese winning many noble prize. They encourage science and have amazing infrastructure.now and Chinese are smart people in general.
It kinda suck that smart people have less kids. In India one of the smartest community, parsi fertility rate is 0.8 . Their population is only 70000 . 3 out of 10 richest person in India is parsi and in next century there are high chance of parsi not existing (because of low fertility rate)

Many of these Nobel prizes are politically motivated, especially the "Peace" one ... and one should not draw any conclusion from them, other than that certain people like to award themselves....the modern Nobel prize is often a farce. It's not respectable anymore.

Some are of course, living in those sewers or very rural without electricity and "dirty" in romania, but MANY are not, many are rich, and "civilised guests and civilised hosts" at least on serbian tv, there is a show with a million euro/dollars gypsy weddings and everyone who had contact with them, like the staff or hoteliers etc. said they are very civilised people, gentlemen etc. and not "rats" at all.
