Of course I would approve it but it is unlikely a rich jewish guy would be into us we are not upper class

Sure, why not.
You know what, like everywhere on individual level ... there are some very nice people who are Jews and then there are other Jews who are not so nice. Same everywhere.

I had to use a Jewish lawyer once for buisiness issue, he gave me a quote in my first appt and said that quote would cover everything. The issue became bit more complicated and lawyer had to do a few extra things.
When all was resolved and was time to pay ... I was sure he was gonna hit me with a huge bill,

but he kept his word and stuck with the original quoted cost for the payment. I was pleasantly suprised.
