Why feminine men are not accepted in society?

To @Rædwald's point, yes, not all feminine men wear dresses, but some do. Dresses are treated as inherently feminine in our society, no (with the exception of kilts and the like)? As far as this being "shock value", perhaps in the case of Harry Styles, I won't deny that possibility, but to @Anglo-Celtic's point, I think it's much more about liberty than social engineering, although there are surely some who wish to flip the world on its head.

Any man that goes out in public wearing a dress can expect to receive disgusted looks; wearing a dress as a man is so contrarian that people can't help but judge. Personally, I think we need to learn tolerance towards those who are different from us rather than labeling them as pedophiles. Of course pedophiles should be reprimanded and we should not let psuedo-SJWs walk all over us, but a man wearing a dress? Is this really harming anyone?

It doesn't make sense to me why some men wear women's clothing. There is a man that works at my bank for example, who wears a dress every day, but he doesn't talk like a woman, or wear makeup, and he leaves his chest hair alone and out for everyone to see. I see quite a lot of cross dressers these days in my community. Not trans people, just cross dressers. Anyways, it's hard to take them seriously.

There is one cross-dresser in my small town. I saw him a few times. I do not mind him, the other people do not abuse him either, but they treat him like someone with sever handicapp like a down syndrome, they pitty him, they would say he is such a good nice person etc. but exaggerate because i doubt they know whether he is really a good person or not, i dont know it, but they would say such a good person, but they do not consider him "normal". That is my impression. Anyways trans, and cross-dressers are rare in my town, i dont know about gays, you cannot know who is gay, only if he tells you, a few times someone told me that he is gay. But not often.

b) why do you think im saying "there is no race genome" and what is exactly a race genome? I do think there are races... or ethnicites or ancestries or what you want to call them, i dont think it makes much of a difference and that we are not compatible like cat and dog, or mouse and cat, but i do think that there is "human biodiversity" EVERYONE thinks that, i dont know anyone who doesnt think that. Why the USA officiall registers your race, ethnic group etc.? If it doesnt exist?
