Modern West Eurasia PCA G25 scaled individuals

Here I've run both the PCA as it is, and again projected over eight ancient West Eurasian averages. The projected PCA compresses northern and eastern europe but seems to show west asia better due to the sample size bias.

I re-posted the coordinates in my OP. But there's no point using them as a model, it's just the individuals from the latest modern G25 individuals scaled sheets without roma or jewish samples.

Yeah you plot with north-central Italians it seems, makes sense as italians are a mix of latin tribes who were close to modern iberians, and mediterranean islanders who share dna with west asian groups. If I remember correctly, you had some small amount of north african or middle eastern, right?
