    Belgians are overall lighter-complexioned.

For skin type 1 (very pale white skin which always burns and doesn’t tan)
    Belgium - 13.2%
    Poland - 1.9%
For skin type 2 ( white skin which burns easily and tans poorly)
    Belgium - 20.7%
    Poland - 27.6%
For skin type 1/2 ( fairest skin types)
    Belgium - 33.9%
    Poland - 29.5%
Belgium are slightly fairer-skinned than Poles, though the difference is not to be exaggerated. Belgians aren’t close to Iberians either as you previously was saying.
    Spain - 10% ( Skin type 1/2)

You are focussing on pale skin only.

It's way worse than that actually.
Pic is proportion of ethnic Belgians in Brussels by neighbourhood.

This should be expected in most capital cities of Western European countries. As immigrants tend to live in more urban areas.

It’s present in our population for sure. Are you skin type IV? By the way the frequency of skin type I in Poland is almost the same as in Spain.

Brussels is also the capital of the European Union. So you have a diversity there.

Most people here have skin type 3 and 4.
Most people in Poland are type 3 and 4 as well. However the ratio of those who are type 1 and 2 in Belgium is higher than in Poland.
