She looks like your average Balkan slav baba
She definitely has strong CM in her body type. Perhaps Dinarid + Baltid CM? I have seen some Serbs from southern Serbia that look like this.

In her case, it's unreduced Cro-Magnon. These types are usually more wide and robust in their body types. When the face is CM it is usually square-looking
