Communist Russia doesn't exist anymore, neither does Nazi Germany. Stop living in the past. Russians are not inherently evil as our media and governments would like us to believe. Quite the opposite.

Retired Russian soldiers will not be reincorporated into the Russian military. This is like thinking the guys in Academi (formerly known as Blackwater) will be reenlisted into the US military cuz... reasons... The Wagner Group exists for a reason. Otherwise, they'd be in the Russian military in some capacity or retired.
