Twitter post quoting Russian oppositon Telegram channel with a "trust me" story is not a reliable source. I mean, if you join the stormtroopers you have normally a high chance to get eliminated. But there are, for example, snipers who are in Wagner from like 2015 since the beginning of Syrian campaign.
