Well, married fertility rates today are more or less the same as the married fertility rates in the mid-2000s (so there won't be much difference regarding the current US birth rates). Many women have had a relationship with a man who was more than suitable to be a father. In the US, kids with married parents have significantly better outcomes. Birth outside of marriage in places like Utah is a good way to be disowned by your family and shunned by your community.



Whites are still generally less degenerate than negroes or spics if you look at the rates of out of wedlock birth. Add in the social welfare element and you have a generation of unparented children of the state who are poor and uneducated. Most black poverty today is caused by out of wedlock birth and high rates of single family homes.
