That type of balloon was seen in Japan in early 2020 as well but it was reported as a UFO by japnese massmedia, nobody gave it a second thought since then. Now if it is proven to be chinese balloon they should show the relics to the public and tell us what is going on. The chinese sources say it is a civilian balloon but not denying it is a chinese one. It is so stupid to spy on the most powerful country with a conspicuous balloon equipped with military level espionage gadgets. I think the USA is sending a war threat to China by recalling Mr Blinken`s planned visit and speaking about a conflict in 2025. I got the message me not like msny common chinese not sensitive to politics and religion, I am on the papal panorama myself about all the human matters(a bad habit since my young ages). I guess top leaders have the same senses like me do about the recent twists between the USA and China.

Even if it was a weather balloon the US has every right to shoot it down. They cannot violate the airspace of a sovereign country without at least having its permission. China would do the same if it identified a suspicious object in its airspace.

I am really confused as how to understand the war, I can not be inspired enough to ponder how to make peace from peace this time, may be I was wrong. I just think the horror of the modern technology will push the Ukrainian war beyond uncontrollable point faster than a theatre of a wider front across the world, like venting the pressure. Your signature tells th eopinions do not matter, either positive or negative. SO you have to take the negative opinions of people to be positive, they seem not cared but they do. The technology we have today literally transform an all-out war to become a high pressurized war of torture against a single target, ethically a nuclear war. The govts do not matter, they play on money, Russia invaded first and Zelensky asked for help, the USA just pays for the weapon: money call+invasion+play by money=massacre, this is by will a self-made trap of fire. This war will not end well, at least I can not see how it can end better than openning more fronts across the world.

I will wait for further developments but China is no slouch in these matters to mistankenly send a "civilian" balloon into American airspace, moreover flying over American intercontinental missile bases. Too many coincidences. The Chinese government readily admitted it was a Chinese balloon, in my opinion for one of two possible reasons: they have no way to deny now that it is in American possession or on the contrary, from the beginning they wanted the balloon to be noticed as a way to send a provocative message to the US.

It is becoming commonplace this attitude worthy of a comedy that is the invader complaining about the reaction of the invaded. It started with Russia and now China is following in its footsteps after promising retaliation over a balloon that was flying over American airspace and was shot down.

Yes, you have no business in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. Neither does the United States (well... actually they caused it by interfering in Ukrainian politics for years).

Sorry but no. Ukraine was invaded by Russia not the opposite so Ukraine has a legal right to hit back. With that said, any attacks on Russian soil are not supported by the West. Attacking into Russian territory by crossing the border would be disastrous for Ukraine too, everybody knows this war needs to be a defensive war confined to Ukrainian territory. The moment Ukraine does something as stupid as mobilizing troops into Russia it is the moment it looses the support from its partners. I just wish you had the same concerns over deliberate and indiscriminate attacks on densely populated areas in Ukraine, ongoing since the war began.
