What it shows also is the ridiculously expensive nature of Spanish public health service. Our numbers of neonatal mortality are at pair with Danish or Norwegian ones....isnt it bizarre? For how much it would be maintained?

In ancient times the Latin world, since the middle ages the Germanic world. With the renaissance both worlds have become equally important by their contributions. The 19th and 20th century goes to the Germanic world again. But the one isn't possible without the other: Europe without the Latin world wouldn't be Europe and Europe without the Germanic world wouldn't be Europe.
The most important Germanic countries were and are England and Germany and the most important Latin countries were and are Italy and Spain.
