Sephiroth is like eurasian mixed, silver hair, tall, high nose, very finnish to say phenotypically.

L is a typical east asian depiction, red eyes sometimes looks cute or evil, that is all, not about phenotypes.
But neverthlessly true that many great anime characters are caucasian or at least mixed, like Alucard from Castlevania,
also Dante from Devil May Cry; anime girls like Pacifica from Scrapped Princess, Firiel Dee from The Good Witch of the West,
Elaina from Wandering Witch. All these characters are clearly caucasian by looks so are their personalities patterned after typical western
standards. Western culture is heavily represented in anime world, maybe western people do not know, anime is at least by 70% is
a fully recreated Western civilization. Admit it,not a shame.

Some anime like attack on titan take place in Europe or USA there character are white mixed black.or sometimes foreigner come to Japan
Like dennis was a agent in Soviet Union and he end up coming to Japan and ended up opening a restaurant in the same anime anime izaya is Japanese. They look different. White people have stronger face in anime square jaw etc

Kenzo Tenma looks caucasian, similar to Keanu Reeves.

Keanu's father was born in Hawaii, of British, Portuguese, Native Hawaiian, and Chinese ancestry, and Keanu's mother is originally from England.
He is mixed lol and in japan
Also in Japan because of joman influence some Japanese have stronger facial features. They're not Korean lol

They can look anything from blonde to dark skinned

This is just good example of people say that anime character look white because of having blonde hair blue eyes and big eyes. but then you have many anime character with olive/tan skin small/medium eyes dark hair and eyes but people even claim that they look white.
What is funny is if they have dark skinned then people claim that they look black
yoruichi look black to people it is always funny to see her in the list of best black anime character.
