I find Sylth cool, especially their common room (dungeon under the lake) and colors. In the end maybe heroic HP character (Snape) was a Sytherin.

JK Rowling once said she considers Hufflepuff most worthy house overall trait-wise.

Looking at the examples of people who have been in Hufflepuff in the HP lore, almost all of them have been very talented people who have excelled at something in the wizarding world,
So I would say that Hufflepuff is the house of prodigals and talented people.

They were not bad at all. Slytherins are just normal conservatives in general, but the normal conservativism is bad/fascism in West.

Biggest amount of dark wizzards have been Syltherin (Huffelpuf least). Some Syltherin traits like ambition, power seeking (often being machiavelian) and elitism create more predispositions for being bad guys.
Hufflepuff house is very conservative btw. Ravenclaw most liberal.

But yeah, ofc there are good and bad people in every house.

When Syltherins are positive, they are some of best characters around due to their good traits like depth, dignity and loyalty. Ravenclaws get along good with Syltherins anyway.
Just like Griffindor and Huffelpuff get along togheder.
