I created morphs of ice hockey players from Italian and Austrian national teams.
South Tyrolese morph doesn't look swarthy. It has lighter eyes than North Italian morph.
Italian team morphs look darken than Austrian mostly because of darker lighting.

Atlanto Med leaning Atlantid, having a hooked or prominent nose does not mean being dinaricized.

this is what you describe a phenotype, but not dinaricization. You could say she has Dinaric admix if you really want it badly . Narrow faces are common in Nordics, even beady eyes occur as well (again, this isnt a constitutional trait of some sort) but for some reason the noses are not as prominent usually.
You ask if Dinaric exists in Iberia- but you dont even know the difference to Baskid.

She looks Italian (Dinaro-Med). Any group of South Tyroleans shows they are indistinguishable from Ticino Italians because they are largely descending from Germanized Ladins...
