Argentina vs Russia - Where would you live?

Since many russians have been moving to Argentina I wanted to know what our members think:

Russia. Places like Moscow aren't that different than West Europe in certain areas, could totally be happy to live there. If only countryside could be considered, probably closer but still Russia as i would prefer the climate.

Yes i prefer the cold, it's the only thing that bothers me where i live right now, barely breathable in summer, i tend to prefer Switzerland in summer for that reason. I know some places in Argentina are not that hot like terre de feu but if i had to choose i would prefer genuine Russia cold and landscapes considering both countrysides.

Do you think Argentina is tropical? and that there is nothing European in its culture and general atmosphere? Just asking.
