We wouldn't speak the languages we speak today, except basque, our names wouldn't be the names we use today, law students would,'t study the subject 'derecho romano' they study today.
Not sure in the depth because romans and carthaginians maybe were not so different, but the surface of our culture would be very different. Maybe more similar to what originally was, without The Roman Empire.

I think the age of exploration would have kicked off sooner. There would probably be regular trading between the Mediterranean and West Africa, and maybe even voyages to South America too.
