Why is the Ellen DeGeneres/Henry David Through phenotype so common? What's it called?

It seems that in the USA, a lot of people have the same phenotype as Ellen Degeneres:

The former US Speaker of the House, Paul Ryan, seems to have this the phenotype too:


My guess is that the phenotype is some type of Nordid mix. The phenotype has these characteristics: large closely spaced eyes, big crooked nose, skinny neck, slightly above-average forehead. Is it Hallstat mixed with something else? Where do the big bulging eyes come from?

Ellen is Noric, Henry David Thoreau is Keltic Nordid, Paul Ryan is Atlantid with Keltid, their phenotypes are quite different from each other.

Speaking of USA, her phenotype is more common in the South among White Southerners, phenotypes common to one part of America can appear less commonly in other parts due to different European ancestries, however Keltid derived types are present everywhere from north to south since many of them have common British ancestry.
