I guess I change my mind when push comes to shove I am 'white' but I prefer specifically english or scottish culture and identity even though I am an American other ethnic Americans have called me a WASP.

No racism just means you believe in a hierarchy of humans based on some perceived idea of how you divide and classify people. Race isn't synonomous with nation.
Just as greeks have Middle Eastern ancestry. It doesn't make greeks actually the same people as arabs syrians turks or berbers

In latin America, we have people of different ratios of ancestries. However, we are more related to each other for having over lapping actual ancestors. And shared CM dna. How could a white dominican be more related to a romanian than her own decendants who might have other continental ancestry?
