Call me crazy but despite these people being minority I have seen mexicans that look perfectly Gringo! meaning Anglo.

Jalisco and Aguascalientes has many of them.

A great example this Mexican actor can pass as welsh/Irish or dark britonic

Brazil has more of anglo - looking people.
