I can still recall Putin being praised for so long , then ,after this debacle in recent times soon everybody wants to detest him . .


I will admit that his public image truly changed very fast..

I remember many people saying positive stuff about him in the past... Pretty much comparable to a boxing fighter many people cheer in the ring and who gives somewhat of a clean performance who would , in one round , close to the end ,suddenly begin to cheat , poke his opponent in the eye and whatnot . .

I admit that his style seemed to have changed very suddenly . .

I'm going to go into the lion's den and say that for quite a while I have suspected a case of a politician cheated by the N.W.O. ( NWO = New World Order; my personal preferred term for (((the international cospiracy)))...)

If you really are into the whole background/secret-politics "conspiracy theory"-thing, it paints a picture of "our politicians" merely being puppets of a New World Order elite . . . 'Freemasons' , et cetera . .

Many NWO- investigators have claimed over the years that quite a few times people tried to defect from the NWO and often these people also fell prey to intrigues from whitin the N.W.O.- movement...

Maybe Putin was cheated by the NWO ?

It may rarely be the case that a head of state changes his course so radically..

Maybe he was disappointed and more or less started a rampage . . ?

I don't see any "rampage".

I don't see any noticeable change in Putin's behaviour over the last few decades. However, he has progressively become less naive regarding the US and Europe, as they have proven themselves to be not only unreliable partners, but willing enemies. So I feel sorry for Putin that his charm offensive hasn't worked out.

However, he is extremely capable as a leader and willing to take a harder line towards the West -- as he should. He doesn't have any other choice.

He's not more aggressive than before. In fact, he's quite boringly stable, doesn't lose his temper, and doesn't act irrationally or impulsively. In stark contrast with leaders from elsewhere in Europe.

Many Russians are complaining that Putin is not forceful enough with Russia's sworn enemies, and gives them too many chances.

If for Crimea and Donbass nd Lugansk alone I do not see any value in a war like this, to see the matter literally will feel this way like OP. There are more agendas than just occupying and dividing Ukraine, could be a high level black box to shape a new world order, one of the objectives is to wear off the internal pressures of each other, after this war China will have to open many funds and ports to share with Russia, do you think it is a total good thing for China? In the last two world wars there were sufficiently convincing causes like emerging global communism and colonial markets, but this one is just stupid, like many other wars against terrorism by the USA as if they just got so bored of money and peace. It could really be the superrich individual elites wanting to toy with the international capitals, as the western governments act as an official cover, this is what I can make of all these.

From 2000 to today there has not been just a single person in power either in the USA or in any European country that follows their foreign policies. Putin is ultimately responsible for each and every one of Russia's military interventions since 2000, whether he is president or prime minister of Russia.

Twice as many people have probably already died since the invasion of Ukraine than in all US-sponsored interventions since 2001. In Europe and with the continuing threat of nuclear war from Russia.

Lying until the day before the invasion, without having any type of consensus from any group of nations to even disguise the legitimacy of what they were going to do.
