    Scottish.

(Scots-Irish were Scottish migrants to Ireland, mainly Northern Ireland)

Bluegrass music specifically, with its strong reliance on storytelling and instruments like the fiddle, was heavily influenced by music traditions from both Scotland and Ireland. The Appalachian quilting tradition can also be traced back to Scots-Irish culture, as can the practice of making moonshine. In the book “Appalachian Home Cooking: History, Culture, and Recipes,” author Mark Sohn wrote “For the Scots-Irish, whiskey-making was linked to freedom. They came to Appalachia in search of freedom, and they brought not only their whiskey-making knowledge but also their worms and stills.”

Several Appalachian food staples, like buttermilk and potatoes, also originated with the Scots-Irish immigrants. Even aspects of Appalachian language, like pronouncing pen and pin the same way and referring to valleys as “bottoms,” are remnants of the Scots-Irish dialect.

The Scots-Irish were just one of the groups that found a home and a haven in the Appalachian Mountains, but they left an indelible impact on what we refer to today as “Appalachian culture.”

Scottish by far. The Indians, being primitive stone age savages, could hardly have had any cultural influence on the European settlers.

The influence of ethnic Scottish people on the US is probably second only to the English, all things considered. Most of the US Presidents have had Scottish ancestry. The influence of Scottish culture on the US is less important but still notable, especially in the South.

Amerindians by contrast were hardly even US citizens until the 1920s, better to compare their influence to Poles or something.
    Spoiler!

Amerindian influence in Americans is highly overrated while Scottish influence is underrated so Scots for the win.

I say almost draw between Scottish and Irish. Irish are the Scottish people with the mistake of having the wrong religion for social climbing. The Scottish took an easier path to being positions of power but I think Irish may have had more influence in everyday society.

Indians were basically a form of entertainment starting with 19th century dime novels and Buffalo Bill's Wild West Shows where he hired Indians to play parts. And then there's the western movies ofc.
