Poll: Turkey to EU 2023 opinion

Non-EU Schengen country citizens can make a comment but please dont vote.

I did not vote, but I think Turkey will never join EU for obvious reasons.
And I see no need for Turkey to join EU, lot of people, rich history & culture, strong military and decent economic potential.
Stay away from EU and maximize your potential, your geographical and strategical position you could be a international trade hub.

What is a native citizen? You mean fully racially european? Someone born in a EU country and citizen? Im citizen of a EU country and I support Turkey as it is.

Native citizen is a very clear term, as you say born in EU country with no other citizenship.

Why not. Religious questions are not a reason to debate. I'm more interested in Turkish politics and democracy. If Turkey is seen democratic, I see nothing against it. Turkey looks to be more democratic than Russia and some other European countries. In a historic perspective, many European countries were stil in the 70s dictatorships led by military coups or dictators and Turkey is a far more democratic country now.

To me it is not so clear it could also mean you need to be white but ok i have no other citizenship but i wont vote but i commented

No, we dont need 80 million muslim. Turkey always showed anti-european trends in the history, its not good idea even if they are secular. Sorry but no.

I support Turkey's prompt entry. Because I support whatever further destabilizes the EU.
So let Turkey be the last nail in EU's coffin.

Never.

Turks are being replaced by Syrians and Kurds already. They would overpower the EU labour market and quickly take over most cities in Europe. Lots of corruption. Not good for business imo. Europe is filled with enough brown roaches already.
