I like straightforward people that I hear Texas has. The climate there is warmer.
On the other hand in Germany I could stick to my former compatriots which it has many so maybe Germany.
The bonus of Germany is it's much closer to my homeland geographically.

One thing that I disliked in Germany was the collectivist mentality. Once the powers that be have made a decision, the herd follows. Very similar to Slavic mentality. These may have been a necessity in the past (in the resource deprived Northern Europe), but this sort of societies are not a good fit for me.
Texas is my choice.

Texas. Living in a country where freedom only applies in case you want to be degenerate and where free speech is completely frowned upon makes Germany uninhabitable.
I am big opponent of taxes, and paying taxes so Germany can finance gay prides and what not is not something I would be interested in.
Owning guns is also big thing for me.
Collectivist mentality where I am responsible for someone other than my family is big NO as well.
