Considering the fact that he's from Iran, I'm guessing the following things:

1) He's Persian with high West Indo-European DNA and a heavy influence from the Altai-Ural area
2) He's actually of Central Asian origin, maybe Turkmen. But he doesn't necessarily look Turkic....
3) ...aka he might just have parents from the Ural region who migrated to Iran.

Really interesting phenotype, crazy that he's naturally blonde but has a very Uralid/Aralid look to him. Reminds me of the Nenets or other people from non-White, Indigenous Siberia. It would be weird for him to be of recent Ural descent though. So maybe I'm overthinking and he's just blond like other West Asians, while also having high Central Asian Turkic in him.

I don't think I've ever seen someone like him, but I do think he could pass in Brazil at least, considering how diverse the country is.
