Does Mortimer have any Hungarian Ancestry even if small he didnt know off?

I dont know of any... but on mytrueancestry they made a "DNA Saga" with your matches etc. and from middle ages, onwards I have many or mostly hungarian or hungarian related matches etc. I also match the hungarian kings on mytrueancestry, maybe some balkan people match him too but usually hungarians match him, and foreigners like english or french wouldnt match him right?



On Myheritage I have one hungarian group, but maybe it is a hungarian gypsy group? That is because of hungarian gypsies?

Well very probably you celtic ancestry they were basically everywhere would be weird that a European or partly Europeoan doesn't have any Celtic Ancestry

I think it has something to do with hungary though, because you should look at the whole video past the iron age, i have arpad, and john hyunai and many samples around the area of hungary... maybe celts from hungary? I have no french or spanish celts though.... so i think it does have something to do with hungary....

On MyTrueAncestry a lot of the matches are just due to close genetic distances. On mine it has Longobards and Swedish Vikings etc. I don't have any actual ancestry from those. I match quite a few Kiltasheen samples and I do believe I would share a lot with them because they are from Roscommon.



Also with your Hungarian matches how much genetic distance do you have to those samples.

MTA don't use admixture use something like eucledian distance and u will match the samples are close to you by distance all the iberian members who did MTA have high Illyrian and why? Bcs MTA use distance and there are a lot of illyrians samples that overlap with Iberia i would only trust more the deep dive samples for this

But Irish have some Norse Ancestry, so it is not surprising you match Longobards and Swedish Vikings. Were there not Viking settlements in Ireland? I guess you dont have ancestry specifically from Longobards but you do have Germanic ancestry? I think somehow it does relate to you if you match certain groups. I match Romani people for example on Mytrueancestry but you dont, so it does relate to me somehow, also by my ancestry?
