Cool Is Tijuana Mexico the most developed and Industrialized region of Latin America?

Based from what I know and the times I been there it's a city with one of the lowest unemployment of Mexico and people tend to earn MORE money than the average person In other areas of Mexico.

From the times I been there most people earn 150-250 usd dollars per week obviously In (MXN currency) . And I'm talking about the average citizen.

I once met a Haitian that he was extremely happy that he was able to obtain Mexican permanent residency and was able to bring his family all the way from Haiti.

I'm very happy for those type of people, unlike Hondurans.

So I'm just wondering what average citizen of Latin America earns that per week who have no college degree?

There's also other cities who are more "Wealthy" but the wealth tends to stay with a certain privileged group like In San Pedro Garza MTY Nuevo Leon, or Puerta de Hierro GDL Jalisco, or Polanco Santa Fe CDMX Etc..

Dunno man, even if it were true Mexico has 9 of the 10 most dangerous cities in the whole world (Tijuana included):

So no, I wouldn't move there even if I get paid 3 times what I earn here. I have other priorities in life.

Again like I mentioned before crime there as most any region of Mexico Its within cartels or rivals. You gotta use common sense like don't be wondering to late around the city etc If you ever go to Mexico specially staying humble that's the 1th general rule.

TJ Zona Norte East could be very dangerous at night since cartels want to cross their drugs over the border but as long you stay away from their business nothing happens.

Also Lima Acoording to Numbeo.com it has a higher crime rate than many cities of Mexico.
