People from Northern California are worse. It may not seem so on the surface, but once you travel, and take it in and it is easily realized there is something very wrong with the general population. It is almost as if the screenwriter of "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" got the idea for the pod people after visiting Marin County.

There are good and bad people in every region.
I dont judge people in my country based of their regional origin, I like all regions of my country and all Serbs.

Luxembourgers. For me, those "Jean-Claudes" are renegade and unsolidaristic Germans who deny their Germanness with effort for reasons of convenience.

Of course, this is a generalised view that cannot be applied to every individual.

Due to being a migrant I had contact with a big sample of people from the Brazilian community, from all places except my own state and some Amazonian wastelands with two people on them. When you know so many you have good and bad experiences from everyone. But the ones I generally got along with the least were from São Paulo and Rio.
