Admixture sounds reliable and the distance is small. Finland is likely an average, because I fit quite well with the Southwestern average snd the Finnish proportion should be bigger in that case. In general it is better to make a country average instead of artificial geographical zones as Eurogenes did, because no one but Finnish geneticists knows the Finnish settlement history, but Finnish researchers don't give national samples. For me, as an enthusiast in genetics, it is annoying. Finland, Russia, Estonia and Sweden have huge regional genome databases, but they are not available for anyone outside a small academic researchers' circle. This have led to weird historic paradigms of small inner circle, which often contradict with other fields of study and leads to the stagnation of local genetic research in these countries. I have not firsthand knowledge from Russia, because I can't read Russian, but I am disappointed about what I see in Finland, Estonia and Sweden
