Greece, West or East?

Here is an intersting video i found about culture in Europe and its distinction between East and West.



So what do u think? Is Greece more eastern or Western as a concept of a country?

Please tell your opinion and place Greece in an 1-10 scale of west-east.

Greece is a unique interesting case, Geographically south-east, culturally has even lots of middle eastern features, like food, music, architecture, greek churches look more like turkish mosques then catholic and protestant churches to me. But politically i would say western europe, religion share with russia, and slavs etc. Culturally also west partly because of ancient greece which was the craddle of western civilisations, also southern european similar to italy and spain to a degree, very unique and rich powerful civilisation and culture.

Center, Merdi-terranean, not west not east. Food is Greek and music too, there are just some MENA influences in public music. Greek churches are unique and are Greek in architecture. Also you are a hater gypsy, go become a Nazi and stop talking about countries you don't know!

Greece is like a cross between Eastern and Western. By ‘Western’, I mean Western Civilization as a whole, which includes Eastern Europe. So I imply that Greece is like a cross between European culture and West Asian culture, as Greeks influenced as well as received influences from both sides.. and this includes neighboring Balkan countries.

Because they are Eastern, they have an Orthodox Christian culture. Just like Assyrians and Armenians
